PROJECT:
Upcoming shopping mall at Shamshabad & IT park at Hyderabad; attending to fit-outs at these two
sites in each week
Working hours: Monday thru Saturday or as being followed at site

Qualifications
B.Arch, Interior Design Graduate/Diploma, Civil engineer with similar role earlier
Experience:
3-7 years' work experience doing similar role in mall/retail/ hotel/commercial projects.

Tasks and Activities for the role:
1. Coordinate and manage site visits by retailers / their architect for the purpose of store fit-
out.
2. Coordinate & manage joint measurements with retailer / their design team / contractor for
the purpose of agreement.
3. Resolving retailer's queries w.r.t. the site/grey shell
4. Coordinate with Client's Project engineers to ensure completion of grey shell for the purpose
of handover
5. Coordinate with the retailer's contractor & Clients Operations team for a kick off meeting at
the start of each store fit-out.
6. Coordinate with retailer for board-out of property and getting it executed before move-in
7. Ensure that the fit-out is in accordance with the approved design.
8. Identifying and escalating any deviation from the approved design.
9. Resolve any technical queries / issues during the course of fit-out
10. Coordinate with the Client's Project/Engineering/Operations team for regular site
inspections of each fit out as per the fit-out processes and generate reports of the same.
11. Complete all documentation for the fit-out working closely with client's operations team
12. Follow up with tenant by mail & calls for drawings, details
13. Maintain tracker in format and conduct weekly MIS reports & meetings with client
14. Develop periodical MIS reports of the fit-outs for the management.
15. Generate Weekly Fit-Out Completion Report for each ongoing fit-out & overall for the project
16. Participate in weekly fit-out review meeting with client's teams & our HO team and minute
the same
17. Prepare ACAD lease line drawings, minor corrections etc in some drawings if required
