Coordinate the implementation of livelihood and skill-building initiatives under Project Unnati, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
Mobilize and strengthen Self-Help Groups (SHGs) to promote women-led microenterprises and sustainable income generation. Plan, organize, and supervise vocational and entrepreneurship training programs across identified trades.
Conduct Entrepreneurship Development Program (EDP) sessions and follow-up visits to support post-training business continuity.
Engage with local communities and facilitate participation of women beneficiaries in project activities.
Liaise with panchayats, line departments, financial institutions, and other local stakeholders for resource convergence and linkages.
Collect and maintain accurate beneficiary data, activity logs, and training records for monitoring and reporting purposes.
Prepare progress reports, case studies, and documentation in coordination with the project lead.
Provide guidance and supervision to community facilitators and trainers for smooth implementation.
Ensure adherence to ARCH Foundation's values of integrity, community participation, and impact-driven execution in all field operations.
Preferred Attributes:
Strong grounding in field implementation and community-based work
Experience in coordinating skilling initiatives, EDP trainings, or value-chain- based livelihoods
Fluency in Telugu and English (spoken & written)
Comfortable with reporting tools, digital documentation, and data entry
Willingness to travel to rural project sites
Prior exposure to CSR-funded projects will be an added advantage
