Job Title: Project Coordinator - Water Treatment Industry

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator (Female)

to support our water treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in

Chemical Engineering or related fields

, with strong organizational and communication skills to handle

project documentation, proposal preparation, and client coordination

.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day project activities for water and wastewater treatment projects. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution in coordination with project managers and engineers. Prepare, review, and maintain

technical documentation, project files, and ISO-compliant records

. Draft, edit, and manage

project proposals, tenders, and techno-commercial submissions

in coordination with sales and engineering teams. Communicate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress. Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, and escalate delays when required. Support procurement activities by following up with vendors and suppliers. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Provide administrative and technical support to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in

Chemical Engineering / Environmental Engineering / Industrial Chemistry

or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in the

Water Treatment / EPC / Process Industry

. Experience in

proposal preparation, documentation, and technical submissions

is an advantage. Strong understanding of water/wastewater treatment processes and basic engineering concepts. Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project) and project documentation tools. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Attributes:

Female candidate with strong documentation, reporting, and proposal drafting skills. Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Client-oriented approach with problem-solving mindset.
