Role Overview:



The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting end-to-end telecom project activities. This includes planning, execution, and vendor coordination, tracking project milestones, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and timely reporting. The role demands strong organizational and communication skills to ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams, vendors, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate day-to-day project execution activities across multiple telecom projects. Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and trackers. Act as the primary point of contact between internal teams, vendors, and clients. Monitor project deliverables to ensure quality, cost, and timelines are met. Support field teams in resolving issues and escalating critical concerns to management. Assist in preparing project documentation, including site reports, project updates, and compliance checklists. Ensure adherence to customer requirements, RFP conditions, and regulatory guidelines. Track material movement from warehouse to sites and maintain documentation. Support billing, invoicing, and closure documentation by collating customer-signed reports and vendor invoices. Facilitate review meetings and circulate minutes of meetings (MoM). Ensure smooth communication flow and maintain escalation matrix

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field) or equivalent experience. 3-7 years of experience in telecom project coordination/management. Good knowledge of telecom networks, installation, and integration activities. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools. Strong organizational, documentation, and communication skills. Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and handle vendor/customer interactions effectively. Knowledge of BharatNet/FTTH/ISP/Mobile Network rollouts (preferred)
