Twist N Turns is a well-established dance studio dedicated to promoting quality dance education across a wide range of styles -- both national and international. We take pride in fostering a professional, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment for all our students and team members.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the project and ensure seamless execution of all activities. Conduct and oversee different types of class sessions or training modules as required. Execute plans with positivity, ownership, and within deadlines. Mentor students and guide them in alignment with the project's vision and TNT's core values. Collect and evaluate feedback to continuously improve the student learning experience. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and relevant organizations to promote TNT. Manage and handle social media platforms fluently to support outreach and branding efforts.

Required Skills & Attributes

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities. Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Fluent in English (verbal and written); Hindi preferred. Proactive and result-oriented mindset. Social media savvy with good communication and engagement sense.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Qualification: Graduate Minimum 2 years of experience in the following areas: 1. Management 2. Coordination & Execution 3. Customer Relationship Management 4. Social Media Management
