Project Co-Ordinator

Job Overview

:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar energy projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills, as well as a strong understanding of solar energy systems and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Co-ordination

Assist in the development of project timelines, budgets, and resources required for solar projects.

Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure all project requirements are met.

Project Execution and Monitoring

:
Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

Coordinate project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.

Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during project implementation.

Compliance and Quality Assurance

:
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding solar installations and safety standards.

Assist with preparing necessary permits and documentation for project approvals.

Project Co- coordinator need to plan a random visit to the work site.

Communication and Client Relations

:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the client, contractors, and project team.

Ensure clear communication of project goals, timelines, and changes to all stakeholders.

Address client concerns and project-related queries promptly and professionally.

Documentation and Reporting:

Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to the project.

Generate regular project status reports and provide progress updates to CEO.

Track and report on the completion of project milestones and deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
