Key Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities as per project plans, schedules, and scope
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and schedules
Monitor project progress and report status to management
Coordinate with engineering, production, procurement, and quality teams
Assist in planning manpower, materials, and resources
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality, and safety standards
Track project timelines, costs, and deliverables
Support client communication and handle project-related queries
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Industrial or related)
Experience as Project Coordinator or Project Engineer (freshers may be considered for junior roles)
Basic knowledge of project management principles
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and technical documents
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of project planning tools (MS Project, Primavera - advantage)
Good communication and coordination skills
Problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Work Environment
Office and site-based coordination
Travel to project sites as required
