Qualifications

Diploma /B-Tech in Civil Engineering.
Requirements and skills
Experience in project coordination or site administration within construction is an advantage.
Understanding of basic construction processes and documentation.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with project management or scheduling software is a plus.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Effective written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
Responsibilities
Maintain project documentation, contracts, permits, and progress records.
Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and following up on action items.
Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Track project milestones and update progress reports for management review.
Support the preparation of budgets, invoices, and cost reports.
Help enforce health and safety compliance by monitoring reports and checklists.
Facilitate clear communication among engineers, site staff, and external stakeholders.
