:-We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our energy projects in Ahmedabad. The candidate should have 2+ years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the energy, power, or renewable sector. This role requires good organizational skills, teamwork, and the ability to keep projects on track within scope, budget, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning and monitoring energy projects.
Coordinate with teams, clients, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
Track project progress and prepare simple reports and updates.
Manage project documents like contracts, permits, and reports.
Support in budget, procurement, and resource planning.
Highlight risks or issues and help resolve them quickly.
Organize project meetings and follow up on action points.
Ensure projects follow quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Energy, or related field).
Experience:
2+ years of experience in project coordination or project management.
Experience in energy, renewable energy, or infrastructure projects preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.) preferred.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to organize, multitask, and meet deadlines.
