Role Overview
The Project Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects related to machine manufacturing, delivery, installation, service support, and internal initiatives. The role acts as a central coordination point, ensuring timelines, tasks, documentation, and communication are managed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Project Support
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and milestones
Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
Monitor task progress and flag risks, issues, or delays
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
Communicate project updates and status reports to leadership
Administrative & Process Support
Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Manage project files, reports, and data accuracy
Support change management and project governance processes
Tools & Reporting
Update project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet)
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations
Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures
Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
