Key Responsibilities

Project Support
Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project activities and milestones
Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation
Monitor task progress and flag risks, issues, or delays
Coordination & Communication
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting notes and action items
Serve as a point of contact between project teams, stakeholders, and vendors
Communicate project updates and status reports to leadership
Administrative & Process Support
Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
Manage project files, reports, and data accuracy
Support change management and project governance processes
Tools & Reporting
Update project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet)
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and presentations
Ensure compliance with project standards and procedures
