We are looking for a skilled and organized Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Digital Marketing team to plan, execute, and track digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, digital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Coordination:

Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and schedule project meetings, ensuring all necessary participants are involved.

Track and monitor project progress, ensuring all tasks are completed on time.

Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, project timelines, and status reports.

Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders, providing updates on milestones and deliverables.

Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for project teams and stakeholders.

Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to ensure clear understanding of project objectives.

Risk & Issue Management:

Assist in identifying potential project risks and help in the development of mitigation plans.

Support the Project Manager in addressing project issues, providing necessary solutions and updates.

Resource Management:

Coordinate with resources to ensure availability and allocation for the project.

Quality Control:

Assist in monitoring the quality of deliverables, ensuring they meet established standards and specifications.

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in Project Coordination or a Related field.

Prior Experience in a Project Management environment preferred.
