Job Description

We are seeking a Project Coordinator at eDominer to manage ERP projects overseeing the planning, development and integration of Expand smERP. As we constantly improve our product, you will play a key role in translating customer requirements into new solutions and capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Learn and become an expert in Expand smERP

Managing implementation team

Managing project timelines

Managing support quality and TAT

Coordination between implementation and development team

Managing development timeline and ticket assignment

Risk management and proactive reporting

Project review meeting with all stakeholders

Ensuring documentation and project success

Managing customer billing for change request and customization and project over run

Qualifications

:

MCom, MBA (Finance) or any other equivalent domain

Desired Competencies:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in ERP Implementation

(Nice-to-Have)

Basic SQL (for reporting) Power BI / Tableau (dashboards) Risk modeling Change management tools
