Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic

Project Coordinator

to join our team at Dynamics Hooqx Digital Services Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have more than 3 years of experience in project coordination, lead generation, and handling international projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating project activities, and ensuring timely delivery of deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage day-to-day project activities and timelines. Handle communication between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Generate and manage business leads, maintaining relationships with potential clients. Oversee international project coordination and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards. Track project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and clients. Identify potential risks and communicate effectively to ensure project goals are met. Collaborate with different departments to ensure efficient resource allocation and task completion. Support the project management team in planning, execution, and performance evaluation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum

3 years of experience

as a Project Coordinator or in a similar role. Strong experience in

lead generation

and

international project coordination

. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
