Sales coordination for USA markets. Should be able to understand and manage PO terms, contract agreement, etc. Providing sales support to sales team by preparing quotations, detailed technical proposals, sales orders, etc. Coordinate amongst sales team, operations, engineering, accounts, logistics and installation to facilitate orders entry, production, invoicing, and payment collections. Work in USA time zones. Flexible working - office, factory, home as per convenience. Preparing sales reports and other financial reports as may be required. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems. Required qualification, skills and experiences: Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture or Interiors Design. Excellent written and spoken English. 4-6 years of work experience as Sales Coordination or Inside Sales or in Customer Service Function. Work experience in architectural products environment is preferred. Experience of USA market is preferred. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and decision-making ability. Excellent IT skills and ability to learn and champion company s systems. Ability to read and understand drawings & documents, determine scope of work and communicate it to respective teams. High energy, motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills, while being assertive in a team environment. Problem solving and ability to close the issues. Able to work with various departments effectively. Preferred - Working experience with international sales team Should be able to speak fluently in American English.
