Job Description

We are seeking a highly proficient

Process Coordinator

with exceptional communication skills and a strong background in managing international clients, operations, and cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will excel in project execution, stakeholder interaction, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring smooth end-to-end delivery.

Key Responsibilities



Client & Stakeholder Management



Manage

international client communication

through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Serve as the primary point of contact for project updates, escalations, and expectations alignment. Maintain strong client relationships through timely reporting, clarity, and professional engagement.

Process Coordination & Delivery



Coordinate daily project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and scope. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies. Prepare and present project status reports, documentation, and dashboards.

Team & Operations Management



Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, QA, and support. Support

team management

tasks such as shift planning, workload alignment, and performance tracking. Apply operational concepts such as

attrition, shrinkage, conflict management

, and resource forecasting.

Process Excellence & Reporting



Utilize PM tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, or similar) for task tracking, sprint coordination, and documentation. Manage

MS Excel-based reporting

, data analysis, and project audits. Conduct brainstorming sessions to drive productivity, issue resolution, and workflow optimization.

Required Skills & Competencies



Excellent

verbal and written communication

, especially with international stakeholders. Strong knowledge of

project management tools

and project documentation. Proven ability in

operations management

, people management, and conflict resolution. Proficiency in

MS Excel

, data management, and reporting. Strong analytical thinking, time management, and decision-making ability. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Management, or any related field. Min 4.5 years of experience in team leadership, project coordination or client-facing operational roles. Team management and operational knowledge is

mandatory.
