Job Description

1. Project Coordination



Assist in planning and scheduling project timelines. Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and clients. Track project progress and ensure tasks are completed on time. Maintain project documentation, drawings, approvals, and reports.

2. Communication & Follow-ups



Act as a point of contact between clients, vendors, and the project team. Follow up on material approvals, deliveries, work progress, and deadlines. Update clients and management on project status regularly.

3. Documentation & Reporting



Prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Maintain MOMs (Minutes of Meetings). Manage project files, drawings, BOQs, material lists, and site reports.

4. Site Coordination



Coordinate with site supervisors and workers for work execution. Ensure site requirements, materials, and manpower are arranged accordingly. Highlight project delays, risks, or issues immediately.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
