Job ummary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented

MBA fresher

to join our team as a

Project Coordinator

. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects efficiently, while coordinating between various internal departments and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Support project managers in organizing, planning, and executing projects from beginning to end. Assist in preparing project documentation, timelines, and reports. Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines. Coordinate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors. Maintain project documentation and ensure that all files are up-to-date. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items. Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues as they arise. Support resource allocation and monitor budget utilization under guidance.

Key Skills Required:

Strong organizational and time management skills. Good verbal and written communication. Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. Basic knowledge of project management principles (PMP concepts preferred). Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Strong team collaboration and coordination skills.

Qualifications:

MBA in Project Management, Operations, or related field (2024-2025 batch). B.tech (Mechanical / Electrical) or academic project experience in project coordination/management is a plus.
