Job Title:

Project Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple districts and states as required. Visit special schools and inclusive schools setups to identify and support students with visual impairments. Facilitate distribution of accessible educational resources to visually impaired students and schools. Support and organize teacher training workshops and regular sessions. Work closely with district-level stakeholders, school administrations, NGOs, and government officials. Maintain accurate records of students, teachers trained, and resources distributed using MS Excel/Google Sheets. Collect field data, document project progress, and contribute to monthly and quarterly reporting. Travel frequently within assigned districts and occasionally outside the state for project work.

Educational Background:

Master's/Bachelor's/Diploma in Social Work / Special Education / Education

Skills & Competencies:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable in working with teachers, students, and field-level stakeholders Good command of

MS Office

, especially Excel and Google Workspace tools Ability to conduct training and awareness sessions Proficient in Data collection, documentation, and analysis Comfortable in travelling frequently for field visits

Salary

: ₹25,000 - ?50,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
