The Project Coordinator - Marketing will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing marketing projects across digital, branding, and campaign initiatives. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with organizational marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and projects.
Develop project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
Collaborate with design, content, digital, and sales teams to align project goals.
Track budgets, resource allocation, and project expenses to ensure cost efficiency.
Prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries for management review.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies.
Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Support the marketing head in strategic planning and execution of promotional activities.
Maintain documentation, records, and project dashboards for review and analysis.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
Understanding of digital marketing platforms and campaign management.
