Job Description

1. Project Management

Coordinating project activities including project design, planning, WBS, finalizing technical specification, procurement,
monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
Presenting Project progress and MIS reports to the top management, Lenders.
Organizing review meetings; defining agenda points and monitoring of action plans.
Monitoring internal MIS & ensuring updated status in the form of report is circulated
Monitor that Document Controller maintains Engineering documents as per SOP.
Liaising with State and Central Government Authorities for getting approvals and clearances for
seamless Project Operations.
2. Project Execution
Managing the installation, erection, commissioning of Control & Instrumentation, Information Technology equipment
as part of project & liaisoning with consultants & suppliers for execution of the project.
Coordinating with the contractors & vendors for ensuring timely delivery.
3. Project Coordination activities
Coordination with various consultants and suppliers of all disciplines for engineering and site execution activities.
Coordination with Head Office and site office.
Coordinating the work flow and resolving problems.
Floating enquiries, evaluation of bids, conducting technical & commercial meetings, negotiations and finalization of
contract.
Budget approval from top management and preparation of contracts.
Technical Support for Project activities.
4. Site execution and Other responsibilities
Review, Engineering, Designing and implementation of Plant Communication system.
Preparation of O&M budget, Spares list, SOP, preventive and predictive maintenance schedule
Preparation of check lists for pre-commissioning and commissioning of facilities as per the requirement of standards
and good engineering practices.
Impact and ensure safety practices during erection and commissioning activities.
Coordination in interlock checking of BOP and BTG to ensure safe operation of equipment during operation and
maintenance.
Coordination erection and commissioning for BTG and BOP packages as per approved P&ID.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
