Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor, and internal teams. Monitor work progress and update reporting tools or logs regularly. Facilitate material delivery and inventory management on-site. Resolve issues or escalate them to the relevant authorities or departments. Attend regular project meetings and report updates. Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on-site. Ensure that tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management / related field. Proven experience (1-5 years) in a site coordination or supervisory role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and labor management.
