Job Title: Project Coordinator - Real Estate

Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will oversee and coordinate on-site construction activities, ensuring seamless communication between engineers, contractors, internal teams, and storekeepers. This role ensures projects adhere to timelines, budgets, quality standards, and safety protocols while maintaining accurate documentation and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Site Coordination & Supervision:
- Conduct daily site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to align workflows and deliverables.
2. Stakeholder Liaison:
- Act as the primary contact between site engineers, architects, internal teams (procurement, finance), and storekeepers.
- Schedule and lead progress review meetings, documenting action items and deadlines.
3. Inventory & Material Management:
- Collaborate with storekeepers to track material usage, orders, and deliveries, minimizing waste and delays.
- Verify material quality and quantities against project requirements.
4. Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain project records (e.g., daily logs, change orders, inspection reports).
- Prepare progress reports for stakeholders, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Work Conditions:
- On-site presence required (80% site, 20% office).
