Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Project Co-ordinator who will play a key role in ensuring smooth client co-ordination and efficient project handling. The ideal candidate will bridge communication between clients and our internal teams, ensuring timely delivery with high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, requirements, and queries. Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure seamless project execution. Prepare and maintain project plans, timelines, and progress reports. Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are met within deadlines. Handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills. Proactively identify potential risks or delays and resolve them effectively. Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure high client satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-3 years of proven experience as a Project Co-ordinator or in a similar client-facing role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively. Good knowledge of project management tools/software will be an added advantage. Positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and adaptability. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred.
