Job Description

To lead, implement, and monitor all project activities across both training streams -- Tailoring and Beauty & Cosmetology -- ensuring quality delivery, efficient mobilization, timely reporting, and strong linkage with placement and social security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

? Supervise day-to-day operations of both training centers and manage all trainers and staff.

? Oversee mobilization and enrollment of 200 beneficiaries (80% women and 20% LGBTQIA+).

? Coordinate with the Social Security Officer to facilitate registrations under ABHA, MSME, and e-Shram.

? Plan and conduct baseline, midline, and final assessments in coordination with the M&E team.

? Facilitate placement drives, job fairs, and entrepreneurship mentoring sessions.

? Ensure proper maintenance of attendance, MIS data, reports, and documentation.

? Prepare and submit timely progress reports to Spherule Foundation and donor partners.

Qualifications:

? Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Management, or Development Studies.

? 3-5 years of relevant experience in skill development, women's empowerment, or livelihood programs.

? Strong leadership, communication, and community engagement skills.

? Proficiency in Kannada, English, and Hindi (Telugu preferred).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

? 200 beneficiaries trained successfully.

? 80% of beneficiaries gain employment or self-employment.

? 100% compliance with reporting, monitoring, and donor submission timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
