B. Tech /M.tech - Civil/Mech

+ Overall 5-10 years of good experience with Operation & Maintenance/ Services
+ Good exposure to Execution and other management work
+ Extensive and good command of water supply/Sanitization/WTP/STP water project
+ Create and implement maintenance procedures
+ Conduct regular inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems & manage the team according to that.

+ Ensure all department workers adhere to the safety policies and procedures
+ Document and prepare daily progress reports and maintenance logs
+ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities (person should be a leader)
+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with good presentation skills.
