Position Overview

We are looking for a Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager to support the

planning and execution of the Evolv28 project.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of

experience, especially those who have completed Project Management or

Technical Training from reputed institutes.

You will work closely with the senior project management team to assist in

coordination, documentation, and progress tracking across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

? Assist in planning, tracking, and coordinating project tasks for the Evolv28

development team.

? Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress trackers.

? Communicate updates between engineering, testing, and design teams.

? Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

? Support project leads in preparing presentations and reports.

? Help identify potential delays or issues and escalate appropriately.

? Contribute to efficient communication and workflow across departments.

Required Qualifications

? Masters in engineering, Technology, or Project Management.

? 0-1 year of experience or completion of Project Management / Embedded

Systems / Product Development training.

? Basic understanding of project management concepts (Agile / Waterfall).

? Familiarity with tools like Excel, JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

? Strong organizational and documentation skills.

? Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

? Certification or training in PMP Foundation / Agile / Scrum.

? Exposure to embedded systems, IoT devices, or AI-based products.

? Basic understanding

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
