At Arcadis IBI, we are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Coordinator to join our team. The person will be supporting project managers by ensuring effective financial management, scheduling, and reporting across multiple projects. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in monitoring project performance, identifying risks, and providing actionable insights to keep projects aligned with business objectives. This position allows senior leaders to focus on strategic growth by ensuring operational efficiency within the PMO framework.

Role accountabilities:

Track and monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance to ensure cost control.

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely updates and coordination with project managers.

Identify and mitigate project risks related to financial, scheduling, and resource constraints.

Prepare reports and dashboards on project status, performance metrics, and variances.

Support project managers in resource planning and allocation to optimize project efficiency.

Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and best practices for project management.

Assist in forecasting and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline project workflows and governance.

Facilitate regular status meetings and reporting for stakeholders and senior leadership.

Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Business Administration,

Finance, Project Management, or a related field with at least 3-5 years of experience.
