Position: Project Coordinator

Reports: Head - Sale and Marketing

Work location: Jubilee Hills

Experience: 3-5 Years in the similar role

Roles & Responsibilities of Project Supporter.

Plan, schedule, organize, direct, control and evaluate the projects from start to finish according to schedule, specifications and budget.

Plan and monitor progress against established schedules.

Changes and additions to the agreed projects coordination with Design Team, Sales Team and Plant Teams.

Understand quality Checks.

Prepare progress reports and issue progress schedules to clients.

Reporting on the project's progress.

Overseeing projects and helping to mitigate issues and challenges

Managing relationships with internal and external Employees.

Updating and maintaining project records and documentation.

Distributing project documentation.

Should able to understand AutoCAD drawings.

Responding to enquiries and complaints stakeholders.

Inspection of site.

Administrative services

Advice and guidance on project management tools or configuration management.

Specialist functions like planning or risk management.

Administering configuration management procedures of the Change Control Approach

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or Post graduate in Engineering (Mech/Civil/EEE), or a related field.

Proven experience in quality engineering or a similar role within the manufacturing industry.

Strong knowledge of quality management systems, tools, and methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, ISO standards).

Proficiency in data analysis and statistical techniques.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
