Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented

Project Coordinator Trainee

with a background in

IT or Computer Science education

to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects across departments. This role is designed for

fresh graduates in IT/Engineering

who are eager to gain hands-on experience in

project coordination, stakeholder management, and team collaboration

Key Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are on track. Support project planning, scheduling, documentation, and progress tracking. Help monitor timelines and deliverables under the guidance of senior project managers. Prepare and maintain basic reports, meeting notes, and project documentation. Participate in project review meetings and share updates as required. Learn to identify potential risks and support in problem resolution.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field

(B.Tech, B.Sc IT, MCA, etc.). Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Interest in learning project management tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Awareness of basic project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.). Internship or academic project experience in

IT project coordination or software-related projects

. Certification or online courses in project management (optional but a plus).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
