Monitor and follow up on day-to-day project activities to ensure work progresses as per plan.
Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Purchase, Quality, Stores, etc.) to track project status.
Update project schedules, action points, and progress reports regularly.
Purchase Order (PO) Follow-up:
Follow up on customer and supplier Purchase Orders to ensure timely processing.
Coordinate with the purchase and accounts team for PO release, amendments, and confirmations.
Track material delivery status against PO timelines.
New Project Coordination & Closure:
Handle follow-up activities for new projects from kick-off to final closure.
Ensure all technical, commercial, and delivery requirements are met as per the project scope.
Support project handover and ensure proper documentation before project closure.
Customer Communication & Support:
Act as a point of contact for customers regarding project-related queries.
Provide timely responses to customers with project status, schedules, and technical details.
Coordinate customer requirements internally and ensure clear communication of project details.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong coordination and follow-up skills
Basic mechanical and automotive process knowledge
Good communication (verbal & written)
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Basic knowledge of project management and PO processes
Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and reporting
