Support project managers in organizing and scheduling project activities.
Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation sheets.
Coordinate between development, design, QA, AI teams, and management.
Track daily and weekly progress of tasks and deliverables.
2. Client Communication
Act as a point of contact for clients for updates, queries, and clarifications.
Prepare and share project status reports, meeting notes, and follow-up emails.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and review sessions.
Handle client requirement documentation and ensure clear communication to the tech team.
3. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain project documentation including SOWs, requirements, agreements, and change requests.
Create and update JIRA/Trello/Asana/ClickUp boards.
Prepare progress reports, risk logs, and daily/weekly status summaries.
4. Task & Timeline Management
Track task progress using project management tools.
Ensure deadlines are met and dependencies are managed.
Highlight risks, delays, or blockers to project managers.
Help in quality checks before client delivery.
5. Collaboration with Teams
Coordinate work across developers, testers, designers, and AI engineers.
Assist in sprint planning, backlog updates, and review meetings.
Ensure smooth flow of information between all stakeholders.
6. Process & Quality Management
Support implementation of project processes, standards, and workflows.
Monitor adherence to delivery and reporting frameworks.
Recommend improvements to increase project efficiency.
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical & Professional Skills
Strong knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Trello, ClickUp, Asana).
Basic understanding of software development workflows (Agile/Scrum).
Experience with documentation tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Notion).
Ability to track timelines and manage deliverables.
Familiarity with IT, SaaS, mobile app development, or AI projects (preferred but not mandatory).
