The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning, and monitoring all activities related to interior fit-out and civil turnkey projects. This role ensures seamless communication between clients, design teams, contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely, quality-driven, and cost-effective project execution.
Assist Project Managers in planning project timelines, material schedules, manpower allocation, and work sequencing.
Coordinate with design, procurement, and execution teams to ensure all project inputs are available as per schedule.
Update project trackers, milestones, and work progress reports.
2. Site Coordination & Execution Support
Conduct regular site visits to monitor day-to-day execution.
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and contractors to maintain workflow and resolve site issues.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
3. Vendor & Material Management
Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials and services.
Assist in preparing material take-offs, BOQs, and procurement lists.
Ensure proper documentation of vendor quotations, comparisons, and approvals.
4. Client Coordination
Act as a point of contact for clients regarding daily project updates.
Arrange site meetings, prepare MOMs (Minutes of Meeting), and follow up on closures.
Support in managing change requests, clarifications, and approvals.
5. Documentation & Reporting
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, checklists, quality logs, and work schedules.
Maintain documentation for drawings, revisions, approvals, and project correspondence.
Assist in billing support with measurements, site verification, and work progress data.
6. Quality & Safety Compliance
Monitor execution to ensure adherence to workmanship quality and hygiene standards.
Support in maintaining safety guidelines and coordinating with safety personnel for compliance.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of

Qualifications
Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in
