We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in Aircraft Industries. The candidate should have experience in Project management in the Research & Development (R&D) and Engineering teams during the New Project Development (NPD) lifecycle in Aerospace domain. This role ensures project documentation is maintained, schedules are tracked, and communication flows efficiently across technical, financial, and regulatory teams Responsible for implementing and maintaining the configuration management process

Project Planning & Documentation Communication and coordination Monitoring and reporting Continuous Improvement in Project Management process Configuration Management process

Tech Skills required

Familiarity with aerospace systems, design processes, and technology readiness levels (TRLs). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in project management tools. New product development Risk Management plan skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary technical teams.

Tool Knowledge

Project Management Tool (Jira, G-Suite and ERP software)

Preferred Qualification

Bachelor or master's in aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or Project Management

Experience

2 to 5 years
