Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the entire project lifecycle -- from concept, design, and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning. Manage and deliver SPM and PLC-based automation projects integrating mechanical, electrical, and control systems. Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and controls). Oversee PLC programming, system integration, panel wiring, machine assembly, and commissioning. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and documentation. Liaise with vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery. Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering. 2-3 years of experience in project management for SPM or PLC-based automation systems. Strong understanding of PLC control systems, electrical design and mechanical assembly. Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, technical environment Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
