The Project Coordinator helps plan, organize, and track projects from start to finish. This role supports the project manager and team by handling schedules, communication, and documentation.

It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and making sure projects run smoothly. Both new graduates and experienced coordinators are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities



Help plan and schedule project activities and meetings. Track progress and update project timelines. Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and meeting notes. Communicate with team members and stakeholders to share updates. Assist with budgeting, invoices, and resource tracking when needed. Support the project manager with daily coordination tasks.

Experience



Entry-level: No experience required; internship or administrative experience is a plus. Experienced: 1-5 years of project coordination or related experience.

Key Skills



Good communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Good time management. Strong teamwork and communication. Willingness to learn and take initiative.
