Key Responsibilities
Help plan and schedule project activities and meetings.
Track progress and update project timelines.
Prepare and maintain project documents, reports, and meeting notes.
Communicate with team members and stakeholders to share updates.
Assist with budgeting, invoices, and resource tracking when needed.
Support the project manager with daily coordination tasks.
Experience
Entry-level: No experience required; internship or administrative experience is a plus.
Experienced: 1-5 years of project coordination or related experience.
Key Skills
Good communication and organizational skills.
