Develop and manage project timelines, tasks, and resource allocation.
Coordinate scheduling for subcontractors, deliveries, and other project activities.
Help define project scope and goals.
Budget and cost management
Monitor project expenditures and assist with cost control.
Track budget adherence and help prepare financial reports.
Communication and coordination
Act as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings and relay updates on project status, challenges, and successes.
Coordinate between internal teams and external parties like contractors and suppliers.
Documentation and reporting
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
Track and document any changes to the project scope and their impact.
Prepare and distribute status reports to relevant stakeholders.
Quality and safety compliance
Monitor on-site progress and ensure work complies with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and report any violations or non-conformities.
Risk and issue management
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address issues and risks.
Assist in developing and implementing solutions and mitigation plans.
