We are looking for a Project Coordinator to support our site operations and ensure smooth coordination between the management, site team, vendors, and clients. The candidate should be detail-oriented and efficient in handling day-to-day project activities and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between project Team, site engineers, vendors, and clients.
Track project progress, daily site reports, and materials movement.
Assist in documentation, approvals, and vendor billing follow-ups.
Prepare project schedules, checklists, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Support in procurement coordination and logistics arrangements.
Maintain communication records and update management daily.
Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma / BE in Civil
1-3 years experience in construction coordination / site office role.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Good communication (English & Tamil) and computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word).
Salary & Benefits:
?18,000 - ?25,000 per month (based on experience).
