Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven

Project Coordinator

with experience in the

banking and investment domain

. The ideal candidate will support the execution and monitoring of internal and client-facing projects related to financial systems, digital transformation, compliance, or investment operations.

The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams including IT, compliance, finance, and business units to ensure timely project delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate day-to-day activities for banking and investment-related projects. Track project milestones, deliverables, and timelines; maintain accurate documentation. Liaise between internal departments (Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance) and external vendors or clients. Prepare reports, status updates, and dashboards for senior management. Schedule and organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Assist with budgeting, resource allocation, and risk assessment. Support regulatory and compliance-related project deliverables. Maintain project documentation as per audit and compliance standards. Monitor and escalate issues or delays to ensure minimal disruption to critical financial services.

Requirements:

Only Male candidate required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination role Excellent organizational, time-management, and analytical skills. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
