Communication & Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact for project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors. Facilitate effective communication and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals.
?Administrative Support: Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and meeting minutes. Maintain an organized and up-to-date project management system. Assist with data analysis and report generation to help assess project performance.
?Risk Management: Identify and flag potential risks and challenges to the project manager. Contribute to the development of mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
?Qualifications:
?2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role.
?Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
?Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
?Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Trello, Jira) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong technical knowledge is required for handling projects.
?Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
