Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced

project Coordinator

to oversee and coordinate all phases of PEB and steel structure projects.

The ideal candidate will be based in Chennai, male.

Will be responsible for ensuring timely execution, seamless communication across departments, and high-quality project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with internal teams (design, fabrication, procurement, erection) to ensure smooth workflow and project execution Monitor project schedules, progress, and budget adherence Liaise with clients, vendors, and subcontractors for updates and site coordination Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and work schedules Support site operations and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Identify and resolve project issues proactively to avoid delays

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline

Minimum 2 years of experience

in PEB or steel structure fabrication/erection industry Knowledge of PEB design, fabrication, and erection processes Strong coordination and communication skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Project; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
