Coordinating the day-to-day operations of the shelter Assessing the needs of residents (beneficiaries) and arranging appropriate services Supervising staff and volunteers, assigning duties, and supporting them Handling emergencies and ensuring the safety of residents Organizing training, awareness sessions, and counselling for beneficiaries Monitoring the quality of services and planning improvements

Pay: ₹15,539.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
