Responsibilities:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing projects, ensuring all deliverables are met within the agreed timelines and budgets. Other day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, preparing status reports, conducting project meetings, and assisting in resource planning and coordination. The Project Coordinator will also collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
Requirements:
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in project management tools and software
Experience in project coordination or relevant field
Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or B.com, BBA
Experience in BPO & KPO Industry is mandatory
