We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Project Coordinator
to manage end-to-end staircase projects. This role involves close coordination with clients, factory teams, designers, and site teams to ensure timely and efficient project execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, communicating progress, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
Coordinate and manage all aspects of staircase projects from order confirmation to final installation.
Develop project timelines and monitor progress against key milestones.
Client Interaction
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project.
Provide regular updates and ensure all client requirements are understood and met.
Team Coordination
Collaborate with in-house designers, factory production teams, and installation teams.
Ensure alignment and clear communication across all internal departments involved in the project.
Site Visits & Supervision
Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and issue resolution.
Liaise with site contractors or architects when necessary.
Progress Reporting
Maintain and share stage-by-stage work progress reports with management and clients.
Identify risks or delays early and proactively provide solutions.
Quality & Timely Delivery
Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and are completed within agreed timelines.
Monitor production and installation schedules to prevent bottlenecks or delays.
Requirements:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or interior projects.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable with site visits and handling on-site issues.
Basic understanding of manufacturing and design processes (especially related to staircases or similar products) is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Interior Design, or related fields.
2+ years of experience in a similar role.
