The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to
new store openings
and
maintenance of existing Hap & Hope stores
. This role requires travel to store locations and vendor sites to ensure smooth execution of all project activities.
Key Responsibilities1. New Store Openings
Coordinate end-to-end activities for new store setup.
Conduct site visits for inspection and feasibility checks.
Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
Monitor construction/interior progress as per brand standards.
Track timelines, budgets, materials, and documentation.
Ensure utilities, licenses, and statutory requirements are completed.
Support store launch activities.
2. Maintenance of Existing Stores
Visit stores for regular inspections and maintenance checks.
Manage service vendors and technicians for timely repair works.
Maintain records of store maintenance issues and resolutions.
Oversee preventive maintenance and AMC schedules.
3. Coordination & Documentation
Prepare project reports, timelines, and cost sheets.
Maintain vendor contracts, BOQs, drawings, and invoices.
Coordinate with Operations, HR, Purchase, and Finance teams.
Escalate issues and provide suitable solutions.
4. Vendor & Resource Management
Source new vendors and negotiate rates.
Ensure quality standards and timely material delivery.
Manage project-related inventory efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
Experience: 1-3 years
in project coordination, store setup, or facility management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, priorities, and meet deadlines.
Basic knowledge of construction/interior work (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and project tracking tools.
Must be willing to travel regularly as per project requirements.
