Position: Project Coordinator

Location:

Tinsukia District, Assam

Full-time |

Duration:

12 months (extendable)

Key Responsibilities:

a) Plan, coordinate, and monitor all field activities.

b) Create a Project Management Calendar for fulfilling each goal and objective.

c) Supervise and support field staff and trainers.

d) Liaise with local stakeholders and partner organizations.

e) Prepare final lists of participants and facilitate group formation and linkages with local resources.

f) Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and logistics management.

g) Track progress, identify gaps, and support timely implementation.

h) Preparing necessary presentation, materials for meetings

Qualifications & Experience:

a) Master's degree in Social Work, Rural Development, Women Studies, Gender Studies, or related field.

b) Minimum 2-3 years of experience in community development or social sector projects.

c) Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.

d) Good computer proficiency (MS Office, digital documentation, online reporting).

e) Experience in MIS and data management systems.

f) Proficiency in English and Assamese; knowledge of local dialects preferred.

g) Willingness to travel extensively within the district.

Remuneration:

Will be based on qualifications and relevant field experience.
