Job Responsibilities: \xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for deliverables for Negotiations, Mediation and Arbitration Operations \xe2\x97\x8f This would include documentation, calling, dispatch and receipt of notices \xe2\x97\x8f Generate & maintain templates of formats for various notices and documents as required by the client \xe2\x97\x8f Updating of formats to keep in line with changes in process \xe2\x80\x93 by client or internal \xe2\x97\x8f Mail merge of deliverables, populating them from the information received from client and highlight the gaps in information, if any \xe2\x97\x8f Overall control over the delivery and quality of final deliverables including signing and dispatch of deliverables and maintaining of PODs \xe2\x97\x8f Maintaining the inventory and raising re-order requests \xe2\x97\x8f Any other job assigned by the Supervisory team Job Requirements: \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in knowledge of MS office tools \xe2\x97\x8f Typing Skills \xe2\x97\x8f Proficiency in English in both writing and speaking \xe2\x97\x8f A go-getter with problem-solving capabilities \xe2\x97\x8f Attention to detail for handling multiple deliverables for multiple clients Professional Experience and Education: \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\'s degree with 2 years of experience Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb915,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Schedule:
