About the Role:

We're launching a new project alongside an existing one and are looking for a

highly capable Project Lead

who can take ownership, make effective decisions, and drive successful execution. The ideal candidate will coordinate development tasks, manage timelines through

Jira

, and ensure seamless collaboration between developers and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate project activities, ensuring tasks are completed on time. Take ownership of

project planning, tracking, and delivery

. Manage project boards and workflows using

Jira

. Collaborate with

Python

and

Angular

development teams for smooth progress. Work closely with

UI/UX

teams to maintain design consistency and quality. Identify bottlenecks, make data-driven decisions, and implement solutions. Communicate project updates, risks, and milestones with management.

kills & Qualifications:

Proven experience managing or coordinating tech-based projects. Strong understanding of

Python

,

Angular

, and UI/UX development cycles. Hands-on experience with

Jira

and Agile project tracking. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
