Job Summary: Coordinate, support and manage the Sustainable Agriculture & related Livelihood Security interventions being implemented by Utthan in Limkheda and Gothib program areas. This would entail strategizing, socio-technical programme management (planning to learning stage), framing issues, capacity enhancement of team & community leadership and partnership building with a diverse ecosystem, rooted in a people centered, social justice and equity perspective. . Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Coordination, Programming and Technical Support, Capacity Enhancement, Partnerships, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, Organizational Development, Administration &Oversight \xc2\xb7 Coordinate, support and manage implementation of Livelihood Security interventions at grassroot level, using a results-based approach incorporating creativity, innovation, and responsiveness to community needs, through monitoring and reporting; \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to the team aimed at capacity development and institutional strengthening; \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to team for evidence \xe2\x80\x93 based advocacy and develop policy documents to address livelihood security concerns through key partners; \xc2\xb7 To support formulation, implementation and evaluation of programme \xc2\xb7 To maintain partnerships & alliances with various stakeholders \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to revise and develop contextualized training and IEC materials & provide perspective and facilitate skill building to the field team through training delivery, sharing processed information and analysis on sectoral trends on programme subjects to strengthen grassroots leadership. \xc2\xb7 Analyze and report on progress in terms of achieving results, using existing monitoring and evaluation tools and introducing new mechanisms and systems; \xc2\xb7 Identify constraints and resource deficiencies and recommend corrective actions; \xc2\xb7 In coordination with Lead preparation of annual and other periodic work plans, monitor and evaluate progress according to project/programme monitoring plan towards envisaged results, document and apply lessons learnt to close the gaps; \xc2\xb7 Monitor project expenditures and disbursements to ensure delivery is in line with approved project budgets and to realize targeted delivery levels, and coordinate timely delivery of quality project and financial reporting and ensure adequacy with finance and activities; \xc2\xb7 Undertake regular monitoring and meetings with relevant actors in assessing trends, patterns and advise on prevention, response and transformation strategies \xc2\xb7 Establish linkages & synergies between existing Livelihood security programmes to maximize programme impact; \xc2\xb7 Support multi-issue coordination in close coordination with team, and organizational stakeholders; \xc2\xb7 Work in close partnership with other Programme and Function domains to support and ensure Programme priorities are integrated across all areas of intervention and organizational development processes; \xc2\xb7 Ensure close coordination within Programme team and with Support team, through regular communication with relevant stakeholders and reporting to Management; \xc2\xb7 Work in close collaboration with the relevant government and non-Government stakeholders to strengthen the integration of sustainable livelihoods perspective, facilitate inter-agency, multi- sectoral promotion of livelihood rights of the marginalized esp. small and marginal farmers (esp. women farmers); \xc2\xb7 Represent Utthan in relevant block, district, State and national Networks, alliances and with other stakeholders, facilitating linkages/leadership of field teams/community leadership, providing inputs based on field realities and policy environment; \xc2\xb7 Support the management to grow the Programme, build knowledge and programming practices; \xc2\xb7 Support in developing concepts and action planning to support joint programming; \xc2\xb7 Participate in relevant organizational planning and programming; \xc2\xb7 Provide regular feedback, support Performance Appraisals and Capacity enhancement plans of team Requirements: Must-haves:

• A drive to build collaborative relationships and co-create: establish goals, transform problems, enhance outcomes for results.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication (written, oral and presentation) and strong editorial skills.
• Fluency in the English language & Working knowledge of Gujarati and/or Hindi.
• A relevant degree (BSc/MSc in Agriculture) should apply.
