Job Requirements

• Develop healthy relationships with customers.
• Participate in weekly, monthly & Quarterly meetings with customers.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining deliverable KPIs like OTD, Productivity and Quality.
• Responsible for maintaining the effort estimates for the activities performed in the team.
• Responsible for identifying the Resource requirements based on the Workload forecast received from customers.
• Support the delivery team in full-time planning of the deliverable tasks & ensure to bring Deliverable planning streamlined within the program.
• Perform RCA on the errors identified during the technical review, work with technical teams to close the identified gaps.
• Weekly connect with the SAG leader to review the team Productivity and the delivery milestones.
• Drive Continual Improvement initiatives to bring Delivery Excellence.
• Develop standards and procedures to enhance the checklist based on the need.
• Drive Weekly Governance meetings to monitor the efficiency of the team.
• Support on customer visit Presentations.
• Should have the skills to identify and resolve Internal Conflicts.
• Team Connect & People Management.
• Support Training Plan Development for new joiners or Lateral Hires.
• QuEST Project management System adherence and compliance.

Work Experience

• Engineering degree in Mechanical
• 12+ years of oil gas experience in related industry (Onshore/Offshore segment)
• Should have sound knowledge on Oil & Gas upstream and downstream
• Good interpersonal skills and working collaboratively with the other teams
• Experience with Office applications (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
• Having hands on experience with Data Analytics will be added advantage
